My name is Ann Bracken (MA, Grad.Dip. PG Dip. Dip.) a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Mindfulness Stress Reduction Trainer and Yoga Teacher with additional training in Nutrition and Breath work for health and healing. I have provided Online Therapy since 2017 in Ire. UK and throughout Europe. I am also a Workshop facilitator, lecturer and author. I am fully accredited with IACP, BACP and BICA.
I provide a professional and caring Online Therapy via Zoom as its fully encrypted. This includes evidence based therapy with between session resources and handouts. This means you become more empowered in your process of healing and positive change.

I attended Ann online to gain some perspective as I was going through a separation and felt very anxious. I tried online therapy after a friend told me about Ann. I attended firstly because I was going through fertility problems and was very stressed. Ann introduced me to Mindfulness and also I found the CBT really helpful. I had lost myself during that time and feel that I regained my self-confidence and it put my relationship back on track.
