Ann Bracken, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Author and Mindfulness Based Counsellor and Yoga Teacher provides Online Therapy via Skype, FaceTime, Telephone or Email. As you have the therapy in your own space, at a time that suits you, it is convenient, relaxed and an effective form of therapy.
Ann works therapeutically with you to provide a source of emotional support and psychological insight with the problems and feelings you are experiencing. In advance of your first online appointment, we establish therapeutic goals to support you to achieve focused positive results from your online therapy.
Therapy includes CBT and Mindfulness based skills and resources aimed at helping you resolve issues and work towards your personal, life and relationship goals. Ann also works focusing on body psychotherapy and any stress related issues are approached with a Mind-Body Health approach.

Ann works with you to establish your therapeutic and life goals and integrates Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Based Counselling to support you in your healing and overcoming problems and integrating self-empowered life and relationship choices.
Please note: Online Therapy is not suited to individuals at risk of suicide (contact your GP, hospital or Samaritans immediately in this instance). I also do not recommend online therapy for individuals under psychiatric care.
